Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd in Val d'Or, QC is seeking a Territory Manager for our Construction and Forestry location. You will develop and grow customer relationships, increase new and used unit sales and rental revenue within your Area of Responsibility.

You will identify opportunities across Brandt’s parts, service and equipment lines, maintain a strong sales pipeline, deliver accurate quotations, and travel as required. Bilingualism is an asset; a valid driver's license and passport are expected.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in heavy equipment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Willingness to travel; driver's license and passport required.

Responsibilities

• New account creation and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Achieve Sales targets set by the Company.
• Continuous development of a comprehensive Sales Pipeline of immediate/future Customer opportunities.
• Promote & sell all types of New & Used Wholegoods assigned to role.
• Promote rental and rental purchase of New and Used wholegoods.
• Understand and apply Machine and Company Feature, Advantage, Benefit statements to drive sales success.
• Deliver continuous Prospecting activity and development of new accounts.
• Keep current on product knowledge and industry models.
• Submit lost sales reports on a weekly basis to the manager.
