Job summary

BGIS in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to support clients by coordinating small-scale maintenance projects, workspace changes, design services and office services. The role also resolves tenant issues related to service delivery and assembles scopes, tenders, and budgets for tenant service and base building projects.

You'll coordinate contractors, monitor performance, ensure quality, and document processes while working closely with Facility Managers to keep projects

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of project delivery and tendering processes
• General knowledge of commercial building systems
• Proficiency with CAD will be considered an asset
• Proficiency with MS Office and email software

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and validate service requests via phone, email, or in-person
• Coordinate BGIS and subcontractors to deliver tenant services
• Assist Facility Managers with selecting contractors and monitoring performance
• Review contracts, report discrepancies and request Purchase Orders
• Interpret client work processes, workplace policies and culture for service delivery
• Other duties as assigned
