Job summary

HighView Partners in Vancouver seeks a Tenant Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact for tenants and coordinate between the property management team and building operations. This busy, hands-on role combines tenant services, property administration, work-order coordination and day-to-day office support across a diverse commercial portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in property administration or high-volume coordination.
• Experience with MRI Angus Tenant Request and Preventive Maintenance is preferred.
• Comfort using Yardi and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive tenant requests by phone, email and MRI Angus; create and assign work orders.
• Coordinate with Building Operators and contractors; follow up to ensure completion.
• Escalate complex matters requiring lease interpretation or Property Manager involvement.
