Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Vancouver and oversee a downtown office portfolio. As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall performance of a commercial office portfolio located in downtown Vancouver. Working closely with operations, administration and ownership stakeholders, you will oversee tenant relations, property operations, budgeting and financial reporting, maintenance programs, vendor management and capital improvement initiatives.
You will serve as a key point of contact for tenants and service providers, ensuring a high level of customer service and building strong professional relationships across the portfolio. This role requires a hands‑on and proactive approach, with a strong focus on tenant satisfaction, operational excellence and financial performance.
The position reports directly to the Director of Property Management and is based full-time from the client's Vancouver office. This is a fully on-site role.
To be considered for this role, you must possess a valid BC Rental Property Management License and previous experience within commercial office property management.
The ideal candidate will have approximately five years of industry experience, including at least two years as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager. The client is open to considering ambitious Assistant Property Managers who are ready to step into their first Property Manager position.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent relationship management skills, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build credibility with tenants, contractors, ownership groups and internal stakeholders. A positive attitude, approachable personality and strong cultural fit will be essential for success in this role.
You will receive a base salary of $90,000-$110,000, plus a discretionary annual bonus of up to 15% based on performance.
