The position runs October 1 to December 24, 2026, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (30 hours/week). The primary pay rate is $22.76/hour, with consideration for INC classification where applicable.

Our client is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Temporary Mailroom & Office Services Coordinator to provide operational support during a temporary leave period. This role is responsible for managing daily mailroom activities, courier services, print support, and general workplace services functions to ensure the smooth operation of a busy office environment in Calgary.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service. This is a temporary contract role running October 1 to December 24, 2026, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (30 hours/week).
