Job summary

Raise is seeking a Warehouse / General Labor I in Calgary, AB to support safe, efficient movement of materials in a busy warehouse and production setting. The role offers a $19/hour pay rate on a contract basis, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift (or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM alternate).

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, 1–2 years of related experience, and forklift certification (or the ability to obtain it). You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe and efficient movement, storage, receipt, and shipment of materials within the warehouse and production areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling experience
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents and work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Working Conditions

• Warehouse and manufacturing environment,
• Exposure to moving equipment, machinery, and varying temperatures
• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required to meet operational needs
