Job summary

GreenShield is seeking a Technology Communications Manager to lead clear, engaging communications across the Digital & Technology portfolio. You will translate complex priorities into audience-focused narratives and partner with Technology leaders, Corporate Communications and Change Management to ensure timely, aligned messaging.

As a hands-on communications professional, you will shape editorial standards, develop content for executives and employees, and drive adoption of technology

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in communications, PR, journalism or related field.
• 7–10 years in internal or technology communications and transformations.
• Experience advising senior leaders in a large matrix organization.
• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills across channels.
• Track record managing multiple programs and campaigns in a dynamic setting.
• Experience partnering with Communications, Change Management, Technology, HR and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute an integrated technology communications strategy aligned with priorities.
• Advise Technology leaders on messaging, audience needs and engagement.
• Develop executive-ready content, including leadership messages and town halls.
• Lead communications for major technology initiatives and platform changes.
• Create an editorial calendar and governance for consistency across portfolios.
• Collaborate with Change Management, Corporate Communications and product teams.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate language.
• Plan leadership forums, information sessions and campaigns to build awareness.
• Measure communications impact and iterate on content using feedback.
• Identify risks early and suggest practical mitigation actions.
• Maintain high standards for quality, brand alignment and confidentiality.
• Provide direction and oversight to contributors and partners.
