Job summary

Sportchek seeks a Director of Technology Communications & Change to lead two interlinked functions: Technology Communications and Organizational Change Management (OCM). You will set strategic direction, governance, and standards for how technology changes are communicated and adopted across a complex portfolio, advising Technology leadership and partnering with HR, Learning, and Corporate Communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and senior leadership experience in technology.
Proven ability to translate complex technology priorities into clear communications.
Experience advising executives and managing enterprise change programs.

Responsibilities

Define strategic direction for technology communications and change management.
Advise technology leadership on executive communications and stakeholder alignment.
Shape governance for technology communications across the organization.
Collaborate with HR, Learning, and IT leaders to align messaging and readiness.
Guide leaders through change by assessing impacts, adoption risks, and readiness.
Maintain standardized change management methodologies and tools.
Monitor readiness, adoption, and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions.
Oversee budget and external vendors for communications and change work.
