Job summary

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Change & Communications Specialist for a hybrid role in Brampton or North York, Ontario. You will own change, communication and readiness plans, translating complex project changes into clear messages for frontline and end-user audiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in change communications or related roles, ideally supporting technology or operational rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of project change, communication and readiness plans in partnership with the Director and Project Manager.
• Develop clear, audience-specific communications and rollout materials (emails, FAQs, presentations, talking points, intranet content).
• Translate project and technology changes into practical business impacts for frontline and end-user audiences.
• Coordinate field engagement and readiness activities across cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Technology and Learning/Training.
• Maintain change and communications schedules and escalate gaps or risks affecting rollout and adoption.
