Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking a Director, Technology Communications & Change for a 14-month contract. Lead two interconnected functions, establishing strategy, governance, and priorities for Technology communications and organizational change across a complex portfolio.

You will translate priorities into clear narratives, embed employee perspectives, and drive readiness, adoption, and sustainment with robust measurement across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction for Technology communications and organizational change management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology leadership on executive communications and stakeholder alignment.
• Shape and oversee Technology's communications governance model across the organization.
• Partner with Corporate Communications, HR, Learning, and Technology leaders to align messaging and activities.
• Provide organizational change leadership ensuring readiness, adoption, and sustainment of priority initiatives.
• Guide leaders through change, identifying impacts, adoption risks, and readiness requirements.
