Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, the Technician, Electronics is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting mobile telecommunications systems such as Wi-Fi network, LoRaWAN, LTE, two-way radios, camera systems, mobile equipment monitoring connectivity, shovel payload systems, GPS, collision avoidance systems and other similar systems to maintain mine operations.
This role follows a 4x4 days schedule with 12-hour shifts; however, is subject to change depending on operational requirements.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who can work effectively between departments to gather information on operational priorities and make necessary repairs efficiently. This person works well independently and collaborates successfully with a team. The role requires an individual to have both strong hands on skills and computer diagnostics abilities. The ability to learn and support new technologies as introduced is required.

$83,000 - $103,000 a year
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
