This full-time, permanent role reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and involves supporting financial operations through accurate and timely invoice processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and deadlines, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts before payment.
• Process invoices into the accounting system and update payment records.
• Schedule and prepare timely payments to vendors.
• Serve as the primary contact for vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare management reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize payment terms and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information discreetly.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
