Your Role
We are seeking an Accounting Technician for a maternity leave replacement of approximately 12 months. You will work closely with the Financial Controller, assisting with daily accounting operations, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
If you love accounting, have an eye for detail, and want to leverage your analytical skills, this role is ideal for you.
Responsibilities include:

• Managing vendor accounts
• Managing client accounts
• Participating in month-end close activities (bank reconciliations, inventory review, etc.)
• Assisting with procurement processes

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• College diploma (DEC)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset
