We are seeking an experienced Acumatica ERP Technician to join our team on an hourly contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP, including implementing customizations, adjusting settings, and providing technical support. This role involves working closely with our internal team to ensure the ERP system aligns with our business needs.

About Us:

We recently implemented Acumatica ERP to streamline our operations and are seeking a skilled technician to support ongoing customizations and system optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform customizations to Acumatica ERP, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.
2. Adjust system settings to optimize performance and meet business requirements.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Acumatica ERP functionality.
4. Collaborate with our team to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Provide guidance and training to end-users on new features or customizations as needed.
6. Document changes, configurations, and processes for future reference.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience with Acumatica ERP, including implementation, customization, or administration.
2. Strong understanding of ERP system configuration, including modules such as Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Project Accounting (specify relevant modules if applicable).
3. Ability to create and modify reports, dashboards, and workflows within Acumatica.
4. Familiarity with Acumatica’s customization tools (e.g., Customization Projects, Generic Inquiries).
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work with an Acumatica implementation firm or as an in-house Acumatica specialist.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Hourly rate based on experience: $40-$60/hr.
• Flexible hours
• Remote work with occasional virtual meetings
