Job description

Our client , an innovative technology company, is seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, presenting tailored technical solutions, and building lasting client relationships across various sectors.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through outbound sales and networking
  • Conduct client discovery sessions and communicate the value of complex technical solutions
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, including proposals and contract negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular updates on sales performance
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings as needed

Requirements :

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or emerging tech
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate technical features into business value
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Based in Ontario, with the flexibility to travel for meetings and events
