Overview

We are looking for a highly experiencedSales Representativewith a hunter mindset who will lead, motivate, and collaborate with their sales team in building and maintaining a sales pipeline with a high conversion rate. You are self-driven, hungry and are constantly on the lookout for more opportunities to grow the business. The Sales Representative will lead all sales calls, coordinate with research and regulatory to prepare proposals and budgets, closing deals while maintaining the prospect database and develop strategies to engage potential customers. You will work with potential and current clients to evaluate how KGK’s services can help them achieve their objectives and assist them in maintaining long-term client relationships with KGK Science.

Scope of duties

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects highlighting the value proposition of our services to our clients
  • Collaborating with the internal subject matter experts to arrive at optimal plan for the client.
  • Engage and build rapport with prospects and provide a memorable customer experience.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
  • Successfully lead client acquisition to achieve growth targets through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Engaging and qualifying new leads through cold calls, email, text, and social media
  • Call new clients, manage and report on your activities and pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, regulatory, clinical services, and marketing to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts and build long-term relationships to achieve repeat business.
  • Engaging perspective and current clients with industry presence by attending tradeshows and conferences.
  • Developing project specific proposals and budgets for prospective clients
  • Accountability for full sales cycle, prospecting to contract execution, leveraging a CRM and being mindful of your individual sales goal.
  • Responding to client calls and email inquiries with a sense of urgency, while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales quotas
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Offer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or associated field
  • Proven sales experience preferably in a B2B environment as an account executive.
  • 5+ years of Sales experience, achieving sales targets.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical, natural health products, and health sciences
  • Proven experience with delivering sales presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Education and sales training in a business discipline preferred or a combination of experience and training.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software - HubSpot is preferred
  • Understanding of Canadian and/or American regulatory framework is an asset
  • Proven ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail and able to collaborate with team members
  • Ability to engage and build strong client relationships
