This is a full-time, on-site or remote role for a Sales Specialist located in Ontario, CA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, closing sales deals, tracking order delivery status, and assisting accounting with customer payments. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and managing sales pipelines. The role also involves training junior sales staff, collaborating with the marketing department, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management
  • Ability to conduct training sessions for sales staff
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the biopharma industry is a plus
