Job summary
Sika Canada is seeking a Technical Sales Representative / Engineer in Ontario to promote our mining product portfolio and support engineering firms, contractors, and distributors. The role emphasizes on-site technical support, training, and field performance analysis to drive revenue and ensure safety and quality on projects.
You will develop territory strategies across Sudbury and Timmins, collaborate with industry partners, and participate in RFQs, bids, and product trials to strengthen market
Qualifications
- Experience in technical sales within mining or construction sectors.
- Ability to provide on-site technical support and training.
- Proven track record in RFQs, tenders and bids.
- Strong collaboration with engineers, contractors and distributors.
Responsibilities
- Promote full product portfolio to engineering firms and distributors.
- Provide on-site technical support for active projects.
- Execute territory sales strategies to grow market share.
- Contribute to forecasts, pricing and budget planning.
- Deliver Lunch & Learn sessions and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve on-site issues.
- Represent Sika at trade shows and industry events.
