Job summary

TURCK Canada seeks a Technical Sales Representative to manage the Windsor–London territory, driving growth across Southwestern Ontario. You will build relationships with OEMs, end users, distributors, and resellers, while applying automation solutions and strong product knowledge to customer needs.

Reporting to the Ontario Sales Manager, the role emphasizes automotive OEM and Tier 1/2 accounts, with travel within Windsor–London and broader USMCA regions as required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in science, technology, or engineering.
• Minimum seven years of technical sales experience in industrial automation.
• Experience serving automotive and industrial manufacturing customers.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory sales activities and grow revenue through direct and distribution channels.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, end users, distributors, contractors, consultants, and value-added resellers.
• Identify and pursue new business through prospecting, networking, marketing initiatives, and strategic outreach.
• Present tailored automation solutions and value propositions to engineering, operations, purchasing, and executive teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support customer evaluations, quotations, and solution development.
