Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies - Canada is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to cover Timmins, ON and Val-d’Or, QC regions. You will build new business, manage a defined territory and promote our hydraulic, bearing and power transmission solutions.

The role requires 3-5 years in industrial sales, CRM experience, strong communication and a team-first attitude, with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a sales role in the industry market.
• Mechanical aptitude and industrial sales experience (hydraulic, bearing, or power transmission) preferred.
• Sales and service oriented.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prospect for new clients and build relationships.
• Proven ability to work in a team and independently.
• Drive growth and meet/exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and maintain existing territory.
• Prospect for new customers, set appointments and demonstrate product benefits.
• Work with management to develop sales strategies and new business prospects.
• Respond to customer product inquiries and engage in direct sales activities.
