Job summary

Plan IT Search Inc. in Toronto is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role focuses on full-cycle tech recruitment across contract and permanent positions, with emphasis on ERP environments.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews while partnering with Account Managers and clients. Remote-friendly, full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Experience in IT and ERP environments is highly preferred.
• Experience with agency recruitment and full-cycle delivery.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract and permanent technology positions.

• Conduct detailed candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Recruit across IT disciplines including software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, business analysis, project management and ERP.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, references and offers; maintain ATS records.
• Build talent pipelines and develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Present qualified candidates to internal Account Managers and clients.

Plan IT Search Inc. is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Toronto.

**Employment Type:** Full-Time, Permanent, Remote

We are seeking someone with 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including strong agency recruitment experience, who understands how to identify, engage and qualify technology professionals in competitive talent markets.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience recruiting across Information Technology and ERP environments, and is comfortable managing multiple searches while partnering closely with Account Managers, clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract and permanent technology positions
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, job boards, referrals and proactive market research
• Conduct detailed candidate screening and qualification calls
• Recruit across a range of IT disciplines, including software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, business analysis, project management and enterprise applications
• Support searches involving ERP platforms such as **SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics and related enterprise technologies**
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized and difficult-to-fill technical requirements
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with technology professionals
• Present qualified candidates to internal Account Managers and clients
• Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, references and offer processes
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking SystemManage multiple active requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and emerging client requirements
• Stay informed on technology hiring trends, candidate availability, compensation expectations and market conditions

What We’re Looking For

• **3–5 years of professional recruitment experience**
• **Previous recruitment agency experience is required**
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for **IT and technology positions**
• Experience recruiting within **ERP or enterprise application environments** is strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing skills, including direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and effectively assess candidate alignment
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and candidate processes simultaneously
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven recruitment environment
• Experience using an ATS or recruitment CRM; Bullhorn experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology or a related discipline is an asset
