Job summary

Synechron Canada is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager in Mississauga to drive cross-functional delivery of platform initiatives. You will coordinate engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders to ensure milestones, dependencies, and risks are managed.

The role requires 7+ years of program management, experience in blockchain/fintech, and strong stakeholder reporting. We offer a flexible hybrid policy, with base salary CAD 120k–125k per year plus benefits.

Our challenge

We are seeking a Drive cross-functional delivery of platform initiatives, coordinating engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $120k – CAD $125k/year & benefits (see below).
