Job summary

Synechron seeks an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery across engineering squads in Mississauga. You will run sprint ceremonies, remove blockers, track velocity, and support onboarding to agile workflows.

Applicants should have 7+ years Scrum Master experience, CSM/PSM preferred, and experience with distributed teams. Blockchain/fintech exposure is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work policy and competitive CAD salary.

Additional Information

We are seeking a Facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads working on the platform.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $120k – CAD $125k/year & benefits (see below).

Role Responsibilities

Requirements
