Job summary

Synechron in Toronto is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology initiatives from initiation through delivery across cross-functional teams. You will define objectives, develop plans, manage scope, schedule and budgets, and provide clear status to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have proven experience managing complex technology projects, strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall or hybrid delivery, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Our challenge

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead technology projects from initiation through delivery. The successful candidate will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communications across cross-functional teams.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Toronto, ON is CAD $110k – CAD $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of project-management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience in banking, capital markets, or other regulated industries.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or comparable certification.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Experience delivering cloud, data, application, infrastructure, or regulatory initiatives.
