Job summary

Synechron Canada ULC_CANADA Company is hiring for a senior technology leader to drive the design and delivery of complex applications in a hybrid Toronto environment.

You will mentor teams, enforce standards, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and delivery managers to modernize and scale platforms across cloud environments.

Qualifications

  • Extensive software development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Experience leading technical delivery across multiple teams or complex initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, APIs, and integration.
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Preferred, but not required: Experience in capital markets or banking.
  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and containerization.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, observability, resiliency, and secure software development.

Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Toronto, ON is CAD $110k – CAD $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role Responsibilities
