Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in agency or corporate settings.
• Expertise recruiting Software Development and technical engineering roles.
• Ability to influence stakeholders using data and consultative partnerships.
• Advanced-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines while leading niche searches.
• Skilled in results analysis and using data to tell a story.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake sessions to offer negotiations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles.
• Advise Hiring Managers with data-driven market insights and benchmarking.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate journey reflecting employer brand.
• Coordinate candidate assessments and testing processes.
• Represent SOTI at recruitment events and career fairs.
• Improve recruitment processes to boost efficiency and time-to-fill.
• Manage external recruitment firms and vendor performance.
• Partner with People & Culture on onboarding, HR reporting, and analytics.
