Job summary

SOTI is seeking a Talent Partner, Campus to attract and hire top campus talent across Canada and globally. You’ll lead internship, co-op, and early-career hiring programs and build strong university relationships.

You will collaborate with business leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to design strategies, manage candidate experiences, and advocate for SOTI’s employer brand in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience supporting campus hiring initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; highly organized with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate long‑term relationships with key universities, colleges, and community partners to develop SOTI’s campus talent pipeline.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates across internship, co-op, and early-career hiring programs.
• Facilitate the conversion of high-performing interns into full-time SOTI employees upon graduation.
• Help design and execute university recruitment strategies to attract top talent through career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, office tours, networking events, and other engagement initiatives.
• Partner with the Senior Manager, Talent Partners, hiring managers, and the broader Talent Acquisition team to determine hiring goals and workforce plans for university and graduate-level talent.
• Create a positive candidate experience by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining meaningful engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and campus outreach initiatives that increase awareness of SOTI as an employer of choice among students and recent graduates.
• Work on ad-hoc projects, talent initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Partners, the Talent Partner, Campus will attract, engage, and hire top talent from universities and colleges across Canada and globally. In this role, you will lead campus recruitment initiatives, support internship, co‑op, and early‑career hiring programs, and partner with business leaders to build talent pipelines that support SOTI’s continued growth.

The Campus & Early Career Talent Team is responsible for cultivating and maintaining high‑touch relationships with targeted colleges, universities, and community partners, managing student recruitment activities and events, and elevating SOTI’s employer brand to attract top emerging talent. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of talent acquisition at SOTI.

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience supporting campus hiring initiatives
