Job summary

SOTI is seeking a Talent Partner, Campus in Mississauga, Ontario to attract and hire top university talent across Canada and beyond. You will lead campus recruitment initiatives, support internships and co-ops, and build pipelines with business leaders to fuel growth.

The Campus & Early Career Talent Team maintains strong relationships with colleges and universities, coordinates events, and elevates SOTI's employer brand to attract emerging talent. Travel within Ontario is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of recruitment experience supporting campus hiring initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel within Ontario during peak campus recruiting season.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate relationships with universities, colleges, and community partners to develop SOTI's campus talent pipeline.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for undergraduate and graduate candidates across internships and co-ops.
• Convert high-performing interns into full-time employees after graduation.
• Design and execute university recruitment strategies: career fairs, on-campus interviews, and events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to set goals and workforce plans.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and maintain engagement throughout the process.
• Support employer branding and campus outreach to attract emerging talent.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Partners, the Talent Partner, Campus will attract, engage, and hire top talent from universities and colleges across Canada and globally. In this role, you will lead campus recruitment initiatives, support internship, co-op, and early-career hiring programs, and partner with business leaders to build talent pipelines that support SOTI's continued growth.

The Campus & Early Career Talent Team is responsible for cultivating and maintaining high-touch relationships with targeted colleges, universities, and community partners, managing student recruitment activities and events, and elevating SOTI's employer brand to attract top emerging talent. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of talent acquisition at SOTI.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate long-term relationships with key universities, colleges, and community partners to develop and strengthen SOTI's campus talent pipeline.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates across internship, co-op, and early-career hiring programs.
• Facilitate the conversion of high-performing interns into full-time SOTI employees upon graduation.
• Help design and execute university recruitment strategies to attract top talent through career fairs, information sessions, on‑campus interviews, office tours, networking events, and other engagement initiatives.
• Partner with the Senior Manager, Talent Partners, hiring managers, and the broader Talent Acquisition team to determine hiring goals and workforce plans for university and graduate-level talent.
• Create a positive candidate experience by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining meaningful engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and campus outreach initiatives that increase awareness of SOTI as an employer of choice among students and recent graduates.
• Work on ad‑hoc projects, talent initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

Experience You'll Bring

• A drive and passion for delivering an outstanding recruitment experience
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience supporting campus hiring initiatives
• Confidence in building relationships and creating networks, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
