Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Commercial Account Executive for Canada. You will drive the full sales cycle for accounts under 250 employees, engaging with developers and technical founders to map requirements to ClickHouse real-time analytics solutions.

You will partner with data engineers and Solutions Engineers to address schema design, integrations, and growth opportunities, while maintaining precise Salesforce records and advancing business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Robust technical background enabling engineering discussions.
• Familiarity with columnar data technologies and streaming tools (Kafka/Kinesis).
• Experience in pre-sales or technical account management with customer-facing scenarios.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical audiences.
• Able to grasp business impact of technology purchases and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle for accounts with <250 employees in Canada.
• Collaborate with data engineers and founders to map requirements to ClickHouse solutions.
• Address technical inquiries on schema design and integration during evaluations.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing self-serve accounts and convert usage into partnerships.
• Work with Solutions Engineers on complex evaluations and advocate customer needs internally.
• Maintain thorough Salesforce records of discussions, decisions, and actions.
