Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a customer-obsessed selling culture and build brand loyalty through product knowledge
• Partner with store management to execute action plans that optimize results
• Contribute ideas to leadership to improve store operations
• Assist in onboarding and training new associates
• Coach associates on customer service and provide feedback
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and inventory duties as directed
