Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a retail apparel environment
• Proven ability to lead a sales team
• Experience with POS systems and daily banking procedures
• Strong organization and problem solving skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
• Able to collaborate and stay self-motivated
• Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing and holidays

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a customer-obsessed selling culture and build brand loyalty through product knowledge
• Partner with store management to execute action plans for optimized results
• Contribute ideas to leadership to improve store operations and productivity
• Assist in onboarding and training new associates
• Coach associates on customer service and provide feedback
• Resolve customer service matters and support team efficiency
• Oversee task delegation on the sales floor to maximize efficiency
• Communicate performance feedback to management
• Ensure breaks and meal periods are scheduled
• Maintain open lines of communication on the floor
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform opening/closing procedures and inventory duties
