Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team.
• Experience with POS management and daily banking procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborative yet self-motivated.
• Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a customer-obsessed selling culture and build brand loyalty.
• Partner with store management to execute action plans.
• Contribute ideas to leadership to improve store operations.
• Assist in onboarding and training new associates.
• Coach associates on customer service fundamentals.
• Resolve customer service matters.
• Oversee tasks to maximize store efficiency.
• Provide performance feedback to management.
• Ensure scheduled breaks and meals are taken.
• Maintain open communication on the sales floor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and inventory duties.
