Your Contribution

As a Team Lead, Electrical, you will collaborate with the Electrical Team to lead projects, develop designs, manage team recruitment, and foster client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support, and direction to team members
• Develop and mobilize engineers and technologists
• Oversee electrical design projects, review drawings, and prepare proposals
• Manage project execution in compliance with quality standards
• Recruit and mentor staff, oversee training and career development
• Participate in strategic planning and budget preparation
• Implement business processes and strategies with the Director of Operations

Your Profile

• 5-10 years of consulting industry experience
• 10+ years designing electrical systems (lighting, power, fire alarm, communications)
• Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT, AGI32, SKM, and similar tools
• Proven project and team management skills
• Electrical Engineering degree or relevant college diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Security clearance eligibility
• Focus on occupational health and safety
