Position Summary The Team Lead’s responsibility is to deliver energy saving opportunities by managing and coaching a team of Energy Advisors. They support Energy Advisors in delivering energy savings projects by providing feedback, developing potential, and resolving obstacles. The role involves analyzing outreach strategies and collaborating with other leads to support the success of the VCx Program.

Location & Travel
Remote position, with preferred residence near Denver, CO or Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. No travel expected; company covers travel expenses if needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $60,000 - $85,000 USD/year, depending on experience. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, professional development, paid time off, and company holidays.
