Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy, including succession planning and reviews.
• Lead learning and development programs (e.g., Everything DiSC, leadership development) and promote continuous learning.
• Lead HR reporting and workforce analytics, monitor key metrics, and provide insights to leaders.
