Job summary

BDO is seeking a Director of Talent Management & Workforce Insights in Toronto to lead a broad HR portfolio including Total Rewards, Organizational Development, HR Operations and People Analytics. You will translate strategy into practical, scalable programs, drive data-driven decisions and partner with senior leaders to strengthen organizational performance.

The role requires senior HR leadership experience, a focus on analytics, and the ability to balance employee experience with business

Qualifications

Senior HR leadership experience in a complex organisation.
Experience leading talent management, total rewards or workforce analytics.
Track record translating people strategy into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead Talent Management & Workforce Insights portfolio with clear priorities and measures.
Provide strategic leadership for Total Rewards, wellbeing and performance practices.
Advance People Analytics as a strategic source of insight and decision support.
Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and development.
Oversee HR operations, services, governance and continuous improvement.
