Job summary

Masco Canada is hiring a Manager, Organizational Effectiveness onsite in St. Thomas, ON. You will lead an enterprise-wide people strategy, partnering with HRBPs and HQ to drive organizational performance, leadership capability and employee experience.

The role oversees Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Change Management, Inclusion & Belonging, and AI Transformation, aiming to build a high-performing culture aligned to Masco Canada strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• CHRL designation is desirable.
• Coaching/Mentoring certifications are desirable.
• Strong experience in organizational effectiveness, talent management, organizational development, leadership capabilities, employee engagement, HR analytics and change management.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic HR initiatives, organizational transformation and cross-functional projects with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Organizational Effectiveness Team to achieve Company Strategy and Objectives.
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide Organizational Effectiveness strategies with HRBPs and HQ.
• Serve as a Strategic Business Partner to key stakeholders (President, VPs, HRBPs) on leadership and workforce strategies.
• Lead strategic initiatives for continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence.
• Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture through leadership development and employer branding.
• Develop and maintain HR governance, policies and compliance with Canadian employment legislation.
