Masco Canada is seeking a Manager, Talent & Development, and HR Analytics to lead talent strategies, learning programs, and people analytics on-site in St. Thomas, ON. This 14-month contract role partners with leaders to close talent gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications in Talent, Development, and Learning.
• Advanced mentoring and coaching skills.
• Strong leadership, project and change management skills.
• Experience in talent management, learning, and development; blended learning approaches.
• Knowledge of performance management processes including objective setting and mid-year reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent management strategy including succession planning and talent reviews.
• Lead annual performance management cycle with objective setting and reviews.
• Collaborate with Talent COE to drive strategic talent initiatives.
• Lead learning programs, leadership development, and inclusion initiatives.
• Evaluate impact using feedback and business outcomes; continuous improvement.
• Manage SharePoint communications and external partnerships for development.
