Placements24 is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growth in the arts and entertainment industry. This fully remote role focuses on identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across creative and operational functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, build diverse pipelines, conduct screenings, and ensure a positive candidate experience while leveraging ATS and remote-recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in arts/entertainment or creative industries.
• Proven ability to source and place candidates in niche roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and best practices for remote recruitment.
