About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead their virtual recruitment initiatives. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for a diverse range of clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, build strong candidate pipelines, and foster excellent relationships with remote hiring teams. Track key recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports on progress and recommending improvements. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a significant focus on leading remote or distributed teams. Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies in a remote-first or hybrid environment. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing remote employees. Expertise in utilizing a wide range of recruitment tools, ATS, CRM, and virtual collaboration platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different time zones and cultures. Deep understanding of remote work best practices and challenges. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a virtual setting. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
