Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in HR, business administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from posting to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm requirements, priorities and timelines.
• Prepare and post advertisements using approved job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, schools and other channels.
• Review applications, conduct initial screening and recommend candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and participate as required.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Complete reference checks and coordinate pre-employment checks.
• Prepare offer letters and obtain necessary approvals before issuing offers.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and provide updates on activity.
• Support onboarding and HR documentation; assist with routine HR reports and admin tasks.
