Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of recruitment practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Calgary, Alberta.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience, ideally in Oil & Gas corporate or agency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience, ideally in Oil&Gas corporate or agency settings.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment standards and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR supervisor to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking strategies to attract top talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and support the offer process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the system.
• Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Communicate with recruitment agencies to ensure the recommendation meet the requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadian employment laws.
