Job summary

The Salvation Army in Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12‑month temporary assignment. You will coordinate recruitment, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and support onboarding and orientation, ensuring compliance and efficient processes.

Experience with ATS systems is preferred. You will contribute to recruitment projects, maintain documentation, and generate TA metrics for leadership to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 2-5 years’ experience in HR/Talent Acquisition or senior admin roles.
• Superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment cycle including posting jobs, screening resumes, references, and offers.
• Maintain staffing documentation and ensure data integrity for compliance.
• Manage onboarding processes and payroll documentation coordination.
• Support HR projects (ATS implementation, orientation program development, digitization of employee files).
• Provide reports to TA leadership on metrics and trends.
