Job summary

Information Services Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a temporary 18-month term in Regina. You will support recruitment activities across the full cycle, from requisitions to offers, and collaborate with hiring managers.

The role requires a university degree or HR diploma, 1-2 years of experience, and hands-on use of ATS/HRIS (Workday). Strong communication, planning, and integrity are essential; experience with compliance and career fairs is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field with 1-2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and / or HRIS system (Workday).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities from requisition approval through offer acceptance.
• Create and maintain job requisitions and postings within the HRIS and external recruitment platforms.
• Shortlist candidate resumes and conduct pre-screening conversations.
• Schedule candidate interviews, coordinate interview panels and other meeting logistics.
• Prepare recruitment documentation, including interview packages, resume bundles and schedules.
• Review and progress pre-employment screening activities including but not limited to reference checks, background checks, education verifications, and criminal record checks.
• Coordinate and attend Career Fairs and other recruitment related events.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, collective bargaining agreement, employment standards, and applicable legislation.
