The Salvation Army in Toronto, Ontario seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12-month temporary assignment. You will coordinate the recruitment cycle, post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, prepare offers, conduct reference checks, and support onboarding and orientation activities.
You may also lead project coordination for the Talent Acquisition team, maintain staffing documentation, and support HR initiatives such as ATS implementation and digitalization of files.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a temporary assignment for 12-months.
This role serves to primarily provide coordination support in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening potential candidate resumes, interview coordination, preparing offers, conducting reference checks, onboarding and orientation activities. This position may provide project coordination and logistics support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Provides reports to TA leadership on Talent Acquisition metrics, tracking trends and highlighting areas for improvement
The target hiring range for this position is $50,897.60 to $63,627.20 with a maximum of $76,356.80.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
