Job summary

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity, drive for excellence, and deep interest in technology.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleanup and optimization of existing MDM configurations and AVD environments.
  • Review and update device and desktop policies to align with current standards.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams.
  • Identify and prioritize End User Computing (EUC) risk items.
  • Develop remediation plans for outstanding EUC risks.
  • Establish monitoring and reporting for risk items.
  • Participate in planning and execution of blueprint projects.
  • Support areas related to device management and risk reduction.
  • Ensure project deliverables incorporate best practices.

During this work term, you’ll get hands-on experience with risk management, support strategic blueprint projects, and help oversee mobile device management and Azure virtual desktop systems.

This position requires full-time on-site presence.
