Daily Rate of Pay: $144.90

Working Hours: 7 hours/day, excluding unpaid lunch break

With a staff of 14,000, the Toronto Catholic is a dynamic school board and is accepting applications for the position of Supply Designated Early Childhood Educator on an ongoing basis. The TCDSB maintains a roster of temporary/casual staff for assignment to cover employee absences. Supply staff are assigned from a pool on an as‑needed basis.

The primary function of the job is to cooperate and collaborate with the teacher(s) to support enhanced learning and cognitive, emotional and social development in accordance with the Education Act in delivering high quality and effective play‑based Early Learning Program.

Please note the following are required for consideration:

  • Early Childhood Educator Diploma is required.
  • Must be registered, in good standing, with the College of Early Childhood Educators.
  • Pastoral Reference Letter from a Roman Catholic Parish, indicating you are a practicing Roman Catholic (dated within the past 12 months).
  • Resume and Cover Letter addressed to the Sr. Manager of Recruitment, Human Resources.
