A leading office supply retailer is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Admin Manager to oversee compliance and management of payroll information for associates. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring accurate payroll processing. Qualified candidates should have substantial management experience, proficiency in payroll systems, and bilingual capabilities in English and French. The position offers competitive benefits including health and dental, RRSP/DPSP, and performance bonuses.
The overall purpose of the role is to provide leadership and management of the Payroll and Benefits Admin team and to ensure regulatory and legislative compliance and timely and accurate processing of payroll information, special reports and administration of benefits for all associates.
