Job summary

Value Buds is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily cannabis retail operations in Regina. You’ll motivate and coach the sales team, delivering friendly customer experiences and maintaining high store standards.

You’ll oversee shift coverage, support product launches and merchandising, manage inventory, and ensure strict compliance with cannabis regulations, ID checks, and safety guidelines. Must be 18+, customer-focused, and able to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years in retail or customer service.
  • Experience leading a team is preferred.
  • Certified to sell cannabis is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily retail operations and sales floor activities.
  • Coach and support team during assigned shifts.
  • Act as point of contact in the absence of management.
  • Assist with product launches, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
  • Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, ID verification, and OH&S standards.
