Value Buds is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily cannabis retail operations, coach team members, and model exceptional customer service on the sales floor. The role focuses on engaging customers, supporting promotions and merchandising, and maintaining high store standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell)
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements)

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product education
• Support and guide team members during assigned shifts
• Act as a point of contact in the absence of management
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and merchandising
• Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, ID verification, and OH&S standards
• Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
